§ 02The Work

What You Actually Get

No vague “we’ll improve your visibility” promises. Here’s the work:

/01

Technical SEO audit

I go through your site the way Google’s crawler does. Indexing issues, site speed, internal linking, schema, crawl waste. You get a prioritized fix list, not a 60-page PDF nobody reads.

/02

Keyword mapping that follows revenue

I don’t chase volume. I map keywords to pages based on what actually converts in your niche, informational, commercial and bottom-funnel, in that order of build-out.

/03

Content briefs and writing

Either I brief your writers or I write it myself. Content that reads like a human wrote it, because one did.

/04

AI search optimization (GEO)

ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google’s AI Overviews are already answering your customers’ questions. I optimize your content to get cited in those answers. Most agencies still aren’t offering this.

/05

Link building without the spam

Digital PR, guest placements on real publications, and strategic outreach. No PBNs, no Fiverr link packages.

/06

Monthly reporting you can read in 5 minutes

What moved, why it moved, what’s next. Numbers tied to leads and revenue, not vanity metrics.

§ 03Process

How It Works

01

Audit

I review your site, competitors and current rankings before we ever talk money.

02

Roadmap

You get a 90-day plan with specific actions and expected outcomes. If I don’t think SEO is your best channel right now, I’ll tell you that too.

03

Execution

Weekly work, monthly reporting. You always know what’s being done and why.

04

Compound

SEO gets cheaper over time. The content and links we build in month 3 are still bringing traffic in month 30. That’s the whole point.

§ 04Case Study

Building a Brand From Zero

I own ComeInsideKitty, a cat-themed Shopify store. No funding, no ad budget at the start, no existing audience.

Using organic Pinterest, Instagram and SEO fundamentals, it grew to 31,000+ Instagram followers and crossed 1,000 orders. Every strategy I now use for clients was pressure-tested here first.

Most SEO consultants have never ranked anything they own. When your money is the money at risk, you learn very quickly what actually works and what’s just LinkedIn advice.

§ 05Pricing
$600/month, starting

Most engagements land between $600 and $900 depending on scope. Three-month minimum, because anyone promising SEO results in 30 days is lying to you.

No lock-in contracts after that. If the work isn’t paying for itself, you shouldn’t keep paying for it.

§ 06FAQ

Questions, Answered

How long until I see results?

Technical fixes can move things in 4-6 weeks. Meaningful traffic and lead growth typically shows in months 3-6. Anyone promising faster is either targeting keywords nobody searches or lying.

Do you guarantee rankings?

No, and nobody honest does. Google makes thousands of algorithm changes a year. What I guarantee is transparent work, honest reporting and pulling the plug myself if it’s not working.

What is GEO and do I need it?

Generative Engine Optimization. It’s getting your brand cited when AI tools like ChatGPT and Perplexity answer questions in your niche. If your customers are under 45, yes, you need it.

Am I locked into a contract?

Three-month minimum to start, month-to-month after. SEO needs a runway, but you shouldn’t be trapped.

Do you work with my industry?

My deepest experience is SaaS, fintech, legal tech and DTC ecommerce. If you’re outside those, get in touch anyway and I’ll tell you honestly if I’m the right fit.
